Hello there and a big welcome to my blog!

My name is Paula Hart (Sweet’harts’) and I’m a full time stay at home mum to a rather large brood.
I am based in Devon in the Uk.

Baking isn’t something I’ve done all my life but It’s become a real passion rather than a ‘now and again’ hobby just baking here and there for the kids and my hubby.
More and more people are asking for my cakes,usually friends of friends and I think its maybe a confidence issue thats stopped me from taking it that step further into a business.

Cakes and cupcakes are probably what i bake the most,I’m making celebration cakes more and more often.Which I’m really enjoying.

I try to have a hand in bakes and treats of all sorts from breads to full blown 3 tiered cakes.

I started this blog more as a record for myself,to keep track of all the things I bake and keep them all together in one place.
Its become so much more than that for me now,I get some wonderful feedback and I send a huge thank you to everyone who comes to read my ramblings.

I now also run a very small but growing venture from home
designing and selling edible cake and cupcake toppers.
They are made specifically for you and are printed on high quality icing sheets.
