I made these Viennese biscuits just once quite a long time ago and although they were nice...
they didn't quite have that 'melt in your mouth' crumbly texture and they didn't look all that great either.
Well recently I saw 2 amazingly good looking examples from 2 of my favourite blogs and that was all the inspiration I needed.
I used the same recipe,it seemed to be the most popular and that has to mean something!

But here are some photos of my results.
I liked making these as they were so quick,the piping can be tricky though as the dough is quite stiff and my hand was aching from squeezing the bag! But it was so worth it.
They were perfect...or so I was told :)
